Why can't I log on to the computers?

First, check to see that the Caps Lock is not on.  Also ensure that in the login window on the third row that says log on to: BU is selected and not PC___, Kronos, etc.  If you still cannot login try resetting your password by going to https://directory.bethel.edu/account/ and clicking on Reset My Password.

If you continue to have problems, go to the Information Commons.
