Non-Bethel Library Users

Bethel alumni and non-Bethel patrons may use library materials in-house OR purchase a library card.

You must agree to comply with the rules of Bethel University Library, to pay
fees charged to you and to give prompt notice of any change of address,
phone number, or of card loss.

To get a library card:

• Fill out a registration form at the Circulation Desk in the Library.
  
• One form of identification is needed, such as a current driver's license.
• Fee is $5.00 for alumni, $10 for others, paid by cash or check. FREE to members of Friends of the Library.
  
• A card will be mailed within 3 days.

Borrowing privileges begin immediately with the following policies:

• A 5-item limit; items can be renewed 1 time
• No restricted items, such as periodicals, reference or videos
• No Curriculum Library materials
• No Interlibrary Loan service 
• Computer access only at designated stations. Inquire at the Information Commons Reference Desk.
